Anyone that lives within a 35 mile radius of the bowler center hosting a particular NEBA should bowl the earlier squads if possible (Saturday night / Sunday morning for a normal NEBA or the morning squad for this particular tournament). If people within this radius do not bowl in the morning and try to bowl in the afternoon they have the potential to be shut out of the tournament as the people outside of the 35 mile radius are allowed a spot before someone within the radius...provided the squad is full.
