Westgate Board Meeting - Outcome?

What was the output from the Board Meeting and when might it be posted? I know it's a hectic time of year for the board members / Becky so this isn't a complaint...I'm just curious about its outcome.

This is a quick informal response from me on my blackberry without any notes.

The proposed bylaws passed. This included appointment of the board members at large, some dates, wording, etc.

The proposed tournament changes including raising the entry fee, having a 1:5 squad cut this eliminating the at large, guaranteed 1st, 2nd, ... Last cash spot prize funds, paying the center by bowler instead of game and changing the salary structure for the TD and S/T did not pass.

It was voted to add one tournament in 2010 using the complete proposal.

It was voted to allow doubles champions to defend their title.

After doing the year end stats, updating the website, getting the point leaders mailing out, and sending a year end ememail December 23, I was hoping to take a break from neba for a week but I will try to get the minutes from the meeting finished asap. They should have been done & distributed also - sorry.
