Summer Scratch Sport League @ Bowl-O-Rama in Newington

The Summer Scratch Doubles league at Bowl-O-Rama in Newington, CT will be starting this year on Tuesday May 17, 2011 at 8:00 PM.

Team cap
- New / changing teams - 450 combined maximum team entering average. Minimum team entering average of 400. Minimum individual average of 175.
- Use your highest league average of 21 games or more from 2009/2010 winter / fall season
- Returning teams - Prior year combined league averages of 400 and lower.

Lane Patterns
- KEGEL Sport Navigation Lane patterns - rotating lane pattens from the Kegel sport series: Autobahn, Turnpike, Boardwalk, Winding Road, Highway to Hell and Dead Man's Curve.
- Lane pattern schedule to be finalized at league meeting on 5/10/2011.

- Honor score pool - the team sponsor fee ($50 per team) will go into a pool for any bowlers shooting a 300 or 299 game or an 800 series (first three games only). If no one shoots an honor score, the money is put back into the prize fund. Multiple honor scores will split the pot.
- The cost is still $25.00 per week
- $1,000 first place per person / based on 20 teams
- 14 week season, bowling Tuesday nights, starting at 8:00 PM (first night 5/17/2010)
- League meeting 5/10/2011 at 8:00 PM at Bowl-O-Rama

Just a reminder the league will be starting up this Tuesday (May 17th) at 8pm. Practice is at 7:50. Please arrive early (@7:30) to draw for lanes. The first pattern chosen was the Turnpike Pattern. Right now there are 16 confirmed teams and hope to get a few more.
