$10,000 tournament money guaranteed by brunswick!!!!

Postby arod1 » Sat Jul 28, 2007 11:54 pm

on august 10-12 carolier lanes in new brunswick new jersey will be hosting a tournament.5 game qualifier....1 in 6 make the cut per squad with 1 in 4 cashing..3 squads saturday the 11th and one more squad sunday the 12th..first squad is $300(dont panic you will recieve a brunswick fury pearl with your 1st entry)second entry is $200 and your 3rd and fourth entry(if you need more than one)is$150..on friday their will be 3 sweepers and on saturday a sweeper that pays $5000 again guaranteed by brunswick...i spoke with buzz goodman and he says if this tournament is succecful next year this will be a week long event...this is our chance as bowlers to possibly have a megabuck tournament on the east coast...our participation in this tournament could potentially put bowling on the east coast back on the map.......also just a little notice THIS IS NOT AN EVENT HOSTED BY STEVE SANDERS!!!!

dan mcclellan beat alex in the title match. not sure of the score but it was a great match until the 9th frame game 2...brunswick is going to back this tournament again and up the ante with a higher first place guarantee and more prize money all the way around. we had from best count 8 people from neba all weekend. considering california and las vegas provided more entires than that, hopefully this draws a little more attention next year. this was a great tourny and obviously neba was very well represented as it should be.
