Lane Pattern for the KR Strikeforce Open - Singles Event

The Lane Pattern for the KR Strikeforce Open will be hosted by East Providence Lanes in Rumford, RI. This year's pattern will be:

Pattern Name: NEBA October 2022

Pattern Length: 41 ft

Pattern Volume: 27.05 ml

Pattern Ratio: 7.35:1

Squad times will be Saturday, October 1st at 6 PM, Sunday, October 2 at 9 AM, and 12:30 PM with single-game match play elimination to follow. 

This is the first of 2 Survivor Events for the Paul Forry Memorial Series - (see rules below) 


Survivor Events

  • All bowlers who qualified via the Qualifying Events (up to 64), plus the highest bowlers in Bowler of the Year Points after the final qualifying event, who did not qualify via a qualifying event, will make up the 64 bowler field.

  • There will be two (2) survivor events:

    • 10/2 KR Strike Force Open East Providence Lanes E. Providence, RI

    • 10/23 Yankee Lanes Open Yankee Lanes Keene, NH

  • Anyone who qualifies for the survivor event and does not bowl will forfeit their spot, and no alternate will take their place 

  • During the 1st event, the top 48 scores of the 64 bowler field from the 9 am squad, including ties, will advance to the 2nd event

  • During the 2nd event, the top 32 scores of the remaining bowlers from the 9 am squad, including ties, will advance to the finale


  • All bowlers who advanced out of the survivor event will qualify for the finale.

  • The finale will be hosted during the final event of the 2022 season:

    • 12/10-12/11 Ideal Bowling Concepts Open Norwich Bowl Norwich, CT

  • The top 20 finishers during the finale’s hosting tournament shall cash.

  • The final standings for the challenge will be determined by the bowler’s tournament finish during the finale’s hosting tournament.

    • If a bowler fails to advance to match play, their highest qualifying score will be used to determine the finish for the challenge series, placing behind any/all bowlers who qualify for match play.

    • Standard NEBA tie-breaking rules will break any ties (e.g. score during round eliminated in match play, high qualifying game)
