Looking for the next Tournament Director(s)

Are you interested in being the next NEBA Tournament Director OR Do you know someone who would be a good Tournament Director?

Attention NEBA community We are hiring one or two TOURNAMENT DIRECTORS The main responsibilities include:

• Serving and protecting interests of all members of NEBA

• Conducting tournaments in accordance with the Bylaws & Tournament Rules

• Being available at the tournament site for the duration of the tournament

• Resolving, fairly and justly, all disputes and protests, and handling all exceptional situations that occur during a tournament

• Immediately suspending any member who, in the opinion of the Tournament Director or a Board Member, violates Bylaws or Tournament Rules or engages in behavior that injures or destroys the reputation or standing of NEBA
