Webb defeated Alex Cavagnaro 277-200 to win his 13th NEBA Title at NEBA's 600th Singles Tournament in East Providence, RI. For his win, Bill earned $3,100 plus a paid entry into November's Ebonite Tournament of Champions. Alex's trip back to New York was accompanied by $1,800 for his runner up finish.
